'GreenHollow started with a heartfelt dream of introducing authentic Neapolitan pizza to London. Opened by the Taylor lineage in 1985, we began as a modest family-owned shop, staying true to the family recipes passed down through generations.
Emily Taylor, the visionary behind our brand, perfected her pizza-making skills during her sojourn across Italy, training with renowned pizza chefs in Naples – the home of pizza. Returning to the UK, she resolved to recreate the essence of genuine Italian pizza, observing traditional crafting techniques and selecting only the best ingredients.
From its initial days as a twelve-seat eatery, it has flourished into a much-loved neighborhood fixture. Nonetheless, our dedication to excellence and genuineness remains unchanged. We continue to utilize traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and seek out ingredients of the utmost quality.
Now, 'GreenHollow' is still under the care of our family, with the Taylor's next generation guiding our enthusiastic crew. While we've adopted new innovations, our core principle remains firm: to create sumptuous, bona fide Italian pizza that unites our customers.
